Bring Your Own Models

MCS does not sell you models. It runs the ones you already trust.

Most AI products hand you their model, their pricing, and their limits, and ask you to build on top of choices you did not make. MCS takes the opposite position. The models are yours. MCS simply makes them work together, directed by a reasoning moderator that keeps the discussion focused and drives it to a conclusion.

Your Keys, Your Accounts

You supply your own provider API keys. MCS orchestrates the deliberation; it does not resell tokens, mark up usage, or sit between you and your provider's bill. Your relationship with each model provider stays exactly that: yours. What you pay for a model is what the provider charges, nothing added.

No Lock-In

The AI field changes month to month. The model that leads today may be second place next quarter, and prices move just as fast. Because MCS is not tied to any single provider, you can change the models on your panel whenever the landscape shifts, without changing how you work. You are never stranded on one vendor's roadmap, one vendor's pricing, or one vendor's outage.

Your Panel Evolves With AI

New models appear every month. With MCS, adding a new provider or swapping one model for a stronger one does not change how your team works. Your workflows stay the same while your panel keeps getting better.

Use What You Already Have

MCS works with the providers and runtimes people already use:

  • Major cloud providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google.
  • Aggregators like OpenRouter that put many models behind one endpoint.
  • Self-hosted runtimes like Ollama, llama.cpp, LM Studio, and vLLM.

If you already pay for a model or run one yourself, you can put it on the panel. Local and cloud models can even share the same panel, each contributing where it is strongest. For example, a local model can add speed and lower cost while a frontier cloud model contributes advanced reasoning.

Keep It On Your Own Hardware

When your data cannot leave your walls, run an all-local panel. Every model runs on your own machines, with no API calls and nothing leaving your network. You get structured deliberation with full control over where your data lives, and no cloud API charges. For sensitive work, that combination is hard to find anywhere else.

Control Your Costs

Because you choose the panel, you control the spend. Use lightweight or local models for routine work, and bring in a premium model only when the question is worth it. The decision is yours on every session, not fixed by the tool.

The Bottom Line

MCS does not lock you in, mark you up, or decide for you. You bring the models you trust, on your own keys and your own terms, and MCS makes them work together.

Your models. Your keys. Your panel. MCS runs the deliberation.
